It has an insert between pages 48-49 that includes a coupon for $5 off your total purchase at Hallmark Gold Crown stores. The coupon is valid through December 24th, 2009.
The coupon is also available in the December issue of some other, more expensive magazines, including Real Simple, Martha Stewart Living, and O, The Oprah Magazine.
We stopped by a local Hallmark Gold Crown store yesterday and almost used our $5 coupon on one of their “Cards with Sound.” The thought of sending a certain someone a Thanksgiving card that played “Mashed Potato Time” (after a recorded introduction by the sender) was almost irresistible. But we decided to save our coupon for Christmas shopping in December because we know someone who would probably be pleased to receive a Wonder Woman ornament.
Not surprised that Hallmark has been offering so many deals lately. I had read an article a few months back about how the popularity of Hallmark Ornament collecting is declining. Can’t say if that is really true or not as I don’t know.
