The College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS) lecture on the “delectable world of chocolate,” originally scheduled for today, has been rescheduled because of the blizzard and the cancellation of UW-Madison classes.
The lecture, which features free chocolate samples, will now beheld at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15th in 125 Agriculture Hall,1415 Linden Drive.
Professor of food science Rich Hartel will help guests understand the characteristics and production of this indulgent treat as they try complementary chocolate samples, including some from Wisconsin-based companies.
This event is free and open to the public, but registration is requested so that there is enough chocolate for everyone in attendance.
