Here we go again…
We wish we could offer you an opportunity to win a huge basket of luscious fresh fruit, a vacation for two at some exotic resort, or a complete, 20-volume set of the print edition of the Oxford English Dictionary, but such extravagant gifts just aren’t in the budget this year.
Perhaps by next Christmas, Madison on the Cheap will have so many fans, followers, friends, and frequent visitors that corporate America will be clamoring to provide goodies for us to give away. In the meantime, we’ve decided to raid the coffee fund and limit Izzy the Intern’s daily intake of jelly donuts and chocolate Bismarks in order to purchase some stocking stuffers we hope you’ll enjoy.
Our second stocking stuffer giveaway prize is a trio of travel-sized products from Philosophy®, featuring two “gracefully scented, multitasking cleansers and a smoothing lip balm.”

Starting to read Leonard Cohen’s book: Book of Longing.
I’m reading “American Wife,” which is loosely based on the life of Laura Bush, but since its fiction it is set in Wisconsin and has lots of Madison and Wisconsin references. I’m a fan on Facebook. Are you guys on Twitter?
The last book I read was “He’s Just Not That Into You”.
I am a fan on Facebook. I subscribe to your email list. As for last book I read, “What to Expect When You are Expecting.” I had my baby 6 mos. ago today, if that tells you anything…LOL! I haven’t had a chance to sit down and read any books lately. I’m lucky if I get to scan through my magazine subscriptions! Oh and this contest ends on my 31ST B’DAY!!! I’ll be 31 on the Dec. 14th! This would be an awesome birthday gift! Hopefully, I win!
Happy Holidays!

The most recent book I’ve read was This Is Where I Leave You . I really enjoyed it – at times it read more like a collection of short stories. When I was done, my husband read it, and also enjoyed it. Very entertaining and well-written.
