McCann’s is the oatmeal that won an award for “Uniformity of Granulation” in 1893 at the Chicago Exhibition! We didn’t know that until this afternoon. What we do know is that one of us eats McCann’s oatmeal almost every morning: It’s especially good with some add-ons like dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and maybe a sprinkling of brown sugar. Izzy the Incorrigible Intern refuses to give up his morning donuts, even though he knows oatmeal is good for him. Maybe if he has a look at McCann’s animated “The Story of Oats” he’ll reconsider. Or not.
The coupon we printed expires 1/28/2010. We’re not sure if that’s when this opportunity to print a $1 coupon ends or if McCann’s is trying to make sure we head out and buy our oatmeal within 30 days. As always, if you’re interested in this coupon, we recommend printing it sooner rather than later.
