Buy 10 bottles of Naked Juice (15.2 oz or 32 oz) between January 3rd and February 1st, 2010;, save your original, dated cash register receipts; make a list of the UPCs for the Naked Juice products you purchased; then download and print a copy of the rebate form available on the Naked Juice website. Fill in the form, stick it (and your proofs of purchase) in a stamped envelope with the correct address.
Follow the instructions carefully and you’ll receive a $10 rebate: That’s slightly less than $1 per bottle if you include the price of the stamp you’ll need.

Pretty much any grocery store; however, Woodman’s will have the largest selection.
