Carl’s Cakes, located inside the Market Street Diner at 110 Market Street in Sun Prairie wants you to sign up for Carl’s Cake Club. If you do, when you present your ID on your birthday, you’ll receive a free cake and candle with the purchase of two entrées.
To sign up for Carl’s Cake Club and receive additional information and special offers, just visit their home page and click on the CLICK HERE TO JOIN section (near the bottom of the page).You’ll be asked to enter your e-mail address on a form for the Food Fight Restaurant Group (which means you’ll probably also receive e-mails from other Food Fight restaurants such as Monty’s and Bluephies).
