Valentine’s Day is on a Sunday this year, which adds some complications to the “Where to dine on Valentine’s Day?” decision-making process, since more than a few popular Madison-area restaurants are not usually open on Sundays. Plus, if you’re going to enjoy champagne and wine flights, Saturday, February 13th may seem like a better night for a romantic dinner, since you probably don’t have to get up and go to work on Sunday.
